We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Back orders will ship as soon as inventory arrives at no extra shipping charge.

We ship by UPS and US Postal Service for a flat rate of $5.95 to the 48 contiguous US states. Orders to PO boxes, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Please add $10.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via USPS Priority Mail. Oversized or heavier orders may be subject to additional fees. If so, we will contact you about the additional fees before we ship your order.

We can ship UPS 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select Air delivery for the following surcharges. Please email us using the subject header EXPRESS SHIPPING for information.

• UPS 3 Day Select Air Delivery – Please add $10.00 to the above amount.
• UPS 2 Day Guaranteed Delivery – Please add $20.00 to the above amount.
• UPS 2 Day Guaranteed Air and 3 Day Select Air delivery is available Monday through Friday.

All international orders are shipped by your choice of USPS International Express or International Priority mail. Please contact customer service for rates. Include INTERNATIONAL ORDER in subject line.

If a product does not meet your satisfaction, email customerservice@mygardenthings.com with RETURN in subject line for immediate attention and return address. The product must be in new and unused condition accompanied by a note stating the reason for your return and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of delivery, postage prepaid and we’ll exchange it or refund your money in full (minus original shipping charges), whichever you wish.
